klosterberghaus TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Booking Policies

Reservations require a 50% deposit of the entire reservation. This amount is due upon booking the reservation, and can be made either via bank or can be charged to your credit card.

There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends. No minimum stay requirement for midweek stays, Sunday – Thursday.

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. 

Reservations made with a gift card or packages purchased from a partner site still require a deposit for incidentals.

The apartment is double occupancy. Upon request, additional guests can be accommodated. Please inquire directly regarding your specific needs.

There is no smoking anywhere indoors. A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking in rooms is found.

 
 
 

Cancellations of Reservations (exclusive of group bookings)

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date receive a full refund of any deposits. For cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of your stay becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay. Early check outs will not be refunded and will be charged in full. 

Special Restrictions

Klosterberghaus strives to maintain peace and quiet for our guests. We welcome families with children who can maintain the peace and harmony associated with a private guesthouse.

Though Klosterberghaus loves our furry friends, they are prohibited during your stay at Klosterberghaus. If you have a service dog, please contact us in advance of your stay. There will be a $125 cleaning fee added to your final bill for any pets. 

All rooms are non-smoking.  Smoking must take place in designated outdoor smoking areas only.  A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking in rooms is found.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
